Business Development Manager

Grow Morgan’s Grocer by opening new opportunities — partner stores, new locations, and commercial relationships that expand our footprint across the region.

What you’ll work on

  • New-business pipeline for partner stores and locations
  • Relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Deal strategy and negotiation
  • Market insight that shapes where and how we grow

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
  • Understand partner needs and position Morgan’s Grocer as the right fit.
  • Build long-term relationships across the region.
  • Feed market insight back to the leadership team.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — retail or franchise a plus.
  • A track record of hitting and beating targets.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable owning the full deal cycle.
  • Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
