What you’ll work on
- New-business pipeline for partner stores and locations
- Relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Deal strategy and negotiation
- Market insight that shapes where and how we grow
What you’ll do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business and partnership opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
- Understand partner needs and position Morgan’s Grocer as the right fit.
- Build long-term relationships across the region.
- Feed market insight back to the leadership team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — retail or franchise a plus.
- A track record of hitting and beating targets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter comfortable owning the full deal cycle.
- Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
