Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales)

Sit between prospective partners and our internal teams — understanding what they need, showing how Morgan’s Grocer works, and scoping the right setup so expectations match reality.

What you’ll work on

  • Solution scoping for prospective partners and locations
  • Demos and presentations of our store and app model
  • Proposals and rollout plans built with operations
  • The hand-off from sales to delivery and store launch

What you’ll do

  • Work with the BD team to understand partner needs and design the right solution.
  • Run demos and presentations of our store, app, and delivery model.
  • Scope setups, estimate effort, and prepare proposals with operations.
  • Answer technical and operational questions during the sales process.
  • Make sure what’s promised in sales matches what gets delivered.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a technical-then-commercial path.
  • Enough technical and operational depth to be credible with partners and teams.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex things.
  • Comfortable owning scoping and proposals end to end.
  • Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
