What you’ll work on

• Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and unblocking the team

• Risk, scope, and change management

What you’ll do

• Own project plans, timelines, and delivery across multiple workstreams at once.
• Run agile ceremonies and keep sprints focused and unblocked.
• Be the clear point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Spot risks early and manage scope, expectations, and change.
• Use AI tools to streamline planning, reporting, and coordination.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years managing software, technology, or operational rollout projects.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and the realities of building and launching products.
• Excellent communicator and organiser who keeps calm when things move fast.
• Technical enough to earn the team’s trust.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
